About the project

 

Bouldering attracts a crowd that is eco-conscious and open to learning various ways to become more environmentally responsible. However, when it comes to the sport they love, it seems they have lost this foundation. There has been a rise in tearing out vegetation, moving boulders, leaving waste, and going off the marked trails. The purpose of our campaign was to remind these individuals that in order to keep the sublime structures, they have to do their part in its preservation. Our goal was to raise awareness about the problem and spark action. We do this through the use of social media geofilters, posters at trail heads, and stickers that these climbers tend to put on water bottles.
